Where to Meet...

We usually meet first-time visitors at the historic Hassayampa Inn at 122 E Gurley Street in downtown Prescott.  

The Hassayampa has a great restaurant, cocktail bar, happy hour, and nightly live music - a great place to start your adventure.

Your trip to Prescott isn't all about looking at houses.  Take some time to have some fun and check out the town.  

Here are some things to help out with that.

 Tour Requests & Cancellations...

Setting up a home tour for you takes a fair amount of time and effort for us and the sellers whose homes will be on your tour.  Please be respectful of this by requesting tours and alerting us of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.

 Forms Required Before Taking the Tour...

The amount of paperwork required to conduct real estate these days can be staggering, so it should be no surprise that there are several forms you'll have to sign before we can begin our tour.  

We don't like having people sign things they don't understand, so we've included some sample forms here so you will have plenty of time to review them.  We also have put together a video that goes through the forms in some detail.  Please be sure to go through the forms on your own and get back to us with any questions you might have.
